Beth has over 26 years of experience as a massage therapist. Prior to Beth’s education in massage, she appreciated natural approaches to health as well as the astounding abilities of the body and its inclination toward balance.
Beth incorporates a variety of techniques, which include a combination of deep muscle therapy, sports massage influences, and Swedish massage to help facilitate balance, maintain health, and relieve the issues of pain and stress.
She also enjoys teaching techniques of infant massage to parents.

Providing hands-on, direct care has been Cindy’s passion for many years. Since becoming a licensed massage therapist, it remains her heart’s desire to use the art of touch to bring relief from stress and to encourage healing of body and mind.
Cindy incorporates a combination of massage techniques for the benefit of both relaxation and pain relief.
When not in the office, she enjoys gardening and the outdoors, is an avid reader and delights in spending time with her daughters.

Jeb has been working with South Hills Therapeutic since April of 2017. He received his massage therapy training at The Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks, located in Pottstown, PA. Jeb was first drawn to this career path due to the benefits he found from receiving massage therapy himself, and wanted to help others who may be struggling in ways suited to massage therapy treatment. Jeb finds great meaning in the work that he does as a massage therapist and believes it to be an effective tool in helping people to cope with the stress and tensions of daily life.
In his free time, Jeb likes spending time with his wife and their Labrador Retriever, Lily. He also enjoys music, audio books, and collecting retro video games.

After graduating from The Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks, Ashley joined the team at South Hills Therapeutic. Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Proficient in both relaxation and deep tissue massage, Ashley is dedicated to working with each client in order to help bring relaxation, relief, and wellness. Ashley truly believes in the vast benefits that can come from bodywork, both physically and mentally.
Watching a good movie, baking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family are a few of the ways that she enjoys spending her free time.
